The National Constitution Center in historic Philadelphia is America's most interactive history museum. Located just two blocks from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, it is the only museum devoted to the U.S. Constitution and the story of We, the People.

 

10:30am                      “Freedom Rising” Show

"Freedom Rising" is a powerful, award-winning theatrical performance at the National Constitution Center.

 

11:15am                      Bruce Springsteen Exhibit

Bruce Springsteen was born in the U.S.A., and his songs often illuminate the quest for the American dream. Be fascinated and inspired by the artistic journey of this pioneering songwriter, whose poetic lyrics give voice to the struggles of the working class, veterans, immigrants and other groups not typically represented in popular music. This is the first major, comprehensive exhibition about Springsteen's legendary career and includes: numerous handwritten lyric manuscripts, several of Springsteen's guitars, including the Fender Esquire from the cover of his first smash album Born To Run, posters, awards and honors, and his 1960 Chevrolet Corvette.

                                    There is free time for the group to explore the Independence National Historic Park                                     (Independence Hall, Liberty Bell Pavilion, etc.) or The Bourse, featuring a collection of                                      shops and food outlets.
