Gloucester House Restaurant. The Cafe Seven Seas is located on the harbor side of Seven Seas Wharf and overlooks Gloucester Harbor and its fishing fleet. This is the perfect setting for a casual “dine in the rough” New England style lobster bake. Lenny Linquata, owner and manager of the Gloucester House, will entertain your guests with colorful stories of local history and with a demonstration on how to eat a lobster. Fresh air, the smell of lobsters cooking, a wonderful view, great food and friendly service make our lobster bake a truly memorable occasion. The following menu outlines the Special Occasion Lobster Bake: a 1-1/8 – 1-1/4 lb. steamed lobster or ˝ BBQ chicken, clam chowder, homemade cornbread, fresh corn on the cob, red bliss potatoes, drawn butter, strawberry shortcake, lemonade and coffee.

Cape Ann Museum, Rockport, MA. The Cape Ann Museum showcases the art and cultural history of maritime New England.
Rockport, MA. Rockport is a renowned art colony with numerous galleries and shops, and you’ll have some browsing time prior to dinner on day one.
Guided tour of Cape Ann – A local guide will lead us on a guided tour of the seaswept peninsula of Cape Ann, which has been a popular vacation spot for more than a century. Gloucester, with its colorful waterfront, is a celebrated fishing town made even more famous as the setting for the movie, The Perfect Storm. Its fishing history dates back to the early 1600s and today the Bronze Fisherman looks out over its waters.
Gloucester Maritime Heritage Center - Dedicated to the preservation of Gloucester's maritime industrial history, the Gloucester Maritime Heritage Center occupies nearly two acres overlooking Gloucester Harbor. It also contains a 19th century mill building, which houses the equipment that powers the railway, and a former ice house, which has been transformed into a workshop for building wooden boats. The Center's three wharves are the home of several fishing vessels representing different periods in the evolution of fishing technology.
Lannon Schooner Cruise - Embark on a cruise aboard the Lannon Schooner. Picture yourself relaxing on the deck of this beautiful 65-foot schooner. Help the crew raise the sails or just sit back and take in the sights and sounds of Gloucester's scenic harbor and coastline. See lighthouses, castles, working fishing boats and magnificent waterfront homes on your two-hour sail.
Essex Shipbuilding Museum - Essex Shipbuilding Museum tells the extraordinary story of a small New England village that built more two-masted woodenfishing schooners than any other place in the world. Features include antique shipbuilding tools, photographs, documents, exhibits portraying the shipbuilding industry, and the schooner Evelina M. Goulart.
