The 2012 Philadelphia Flower Show theme is "Islands of Aloha." The Hawaiian motif will feature six main islands; oversize waterfalls, waves, rainbows, bamboo, lava, and murals; and large screens projecting wide island vistas. Each of the six island exhibits will have its own stage with indigenous entertainment, such as luaus, craft folks and storytellers. This is just the ticket to chase away the cold-weather blues. Some helpful information:

                                    * You have free same day re-entry privileges. Just get your hand stamped at a Show exit                                         before you leave.

                                    * Wheelchairs are available on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Rental fee is $15.

                                    * Snacks are available along the perimeter of the exhibition halls. The Overlook Cafe and                                     other vendors of hot and cold foods are located on Level 3 above the exhibition halls.

                                    * Information booths and knowledgeable volunteers are conveniently located throughout                                        the exhibition areas to assist guests with gardening questions and Show information.   

                                    * First Aid Stations are located in the Show on the north side of A and C halls.

* Pick up a Daily Schedule at all Show entrances for a schedule of lecture demonstrations, culinary presentations and special events. Also, TV monitors throughout the Convention Center list up-to-the-minute Flower Show schedules and updates.
